ODREDBE I USLOVI

ORDER

  • Narudžbenica je obavezna za slanje e-poštom.

  • Molimo da nas kontaktirate ako ne dobijete potvrdu narudžbe u roku od 5 radnih dana od datuma slanja narudžbe.

  • Sve izmjene narudžbe moraju biti obaviještene u pisanom obliku u roku od 5 radnih dana od prijema potvrde narudžbe.

  • Ako nije primljena komunikacija nakon ovog vremenskog perioda, pretpostavit ćemo da je nalog prihvatio uvoz dozvola (PI) bez potrebe za revizijom.

  • Za ekspresnu kuriru: samo gotovinsko plaćanje.

  • Za kontejner: Telegrafskim prijenosom (T/T) od 50% akontacije prije početka proizvodnje i uplata bilansa koja će se izvršiti nakon e-pošte i kurira štampane kopije teretnice (BL). O svim posebnim uslovima plaćanja će se dalje raspravljati.​​

PAKOVANJE I OZNAČAVANJE

  • Kahayan Emerald može zadovoljiti sve standardne zahtjeve kupaca za označavanje i pakovanje. O svakom posebnom zahtjevu treba dalje razgovarati.

  • Našim kupcima ćemo također obezbijediti fotografije i video zapise visoke rezolucije njihovih proizvoda za sve promotivne potrebe. Primjenjuju se T&C.

POŠILJKE

  • Puni utovar kontejnera (FCL): Cijene su FOB, troškove rukovanja i lokalne logističke troškove plaća kupac.

  • Manje utovara kontejnera (LCL): Ako kupac zatraži kombiniranu pošiljku s drugim dobavljačima, možemo pomoći da se roba donese na traženu lokaciju. U tu svrhu kupac će platiti troškove rukovanja i lokalnog transporta.

  • Kada prodaja bude konačna, vaša narudžba će biti pažljivo obrađena i upakovana.

CUSTOM DESIGN

    Usluge šivanja/krojenja sa dizajnom i materijalima koje obezbeđuje klijent.
    Izvodimo samo tri glavna procesa kao što su:
    . Proces rezanja materijala (kroja) dok ne bude spreman za šivanje, uključujući mjerenje tkanine i dodavanje broja veličine.
    . Proces krojenja materijala (make) se zatim provodi temeljito kako bi se stvorio konačni proizvod.
    . Proces podrezivanja (trim) kao i provjere (QC) kako bi se osiguralo da nema prikačenih preostalih niti. U ovom završnom procesu se također provode bojenje, peglanje, etiketiranje i pakovanje.

  • Odredbe i uvjeti

    1. Uzorak: Klijent treba da pripremi sliku/dizajn koji želi. To može biti fizički uzorak ili fotografija. Nakon toga ćemo ga obraditi kako bismo napravili uzorak.
    2. Uzorkovanje
    . Nudimo materijalne zahtjeve za uzorke, ali možemo koristiti materijale koje je obezbijedio/pripremio klijent.
    . Cijene uzoraka počinju od 32 USD ovisno o vrsti proizvoda (uključuje dostavu).
    . Maksimalna 1 revizija je uključena u naknadu. Za dalje revizije naplaćuje se dodatna naknada.
    3. Materijal
    . Pružamo i prihvatamo zahtjeve za materijale po želji klijenata.
    . Možemo koristiti materijale koje je obezbijedio/pripremio klijent.
    4. Veličina: Odredbe za broj veličina koje se mogu naručiti po dizajnu su 2/3 veličine za 10 desetina (ovisno o dizajnu).
    5. Boja : Broj boja koje se mogu naručiti po dizajnu = 1 boja = 10 desetina.
    6. Proizvodnja
    . Proizvodnja počinje nakon što su uzorci proizvoda dogovoreni od strane klijenta, a potrebni materijali su dostupni.
    . Vrijeme izrade traje oko 10-14 radnih dana nakon dogovora o narudžbi.
    . Klijenti mogu naručiti pripremljene oznake/oznake.
    7. Plaćanje
    . Klijenti trebaju uplatiti 50% akontacije prije početka proizvodnje.
    . Klijent je dužan platiti u cijelosti prilikom isporuke proizvoda.
    . Teretnica će biti poslata nakon što klijent izvrši plaćanje.

  • Can I request for a sample before placing an order?
    Yes, you can request a sample from us. We offer samples for a nominal fee, which will be credited towards your final order amount. To request a sample, please provide us with the product details including the design, color, size, logo design, etc., as well as the order quantity, shipping destination, and payment information. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with your sample request.
  • How many days for sample processing?
    The processing time for samples is typically 7 working days.
  • What is the average turnaround time for an order?
    The turnaround time for an order varies depending on the quantity and complexity of the order. However, we strive to deliver orders within 4-6 weeks from the time of order confirmation.
  • Can you provide custom packaging?
    Yes, Kahayan Emerald can provide all of customers' standard labelling and packaging requirements. Any special request should be discussed further.

  • What is your policy for defective or damaged items?
    At Kahayan Emerald, we strive to ensure that all of our products meet our high standards of quality and are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Additionally, complaints concerning the natural character of the products (e.g. variations in color, texture, or pattern) are not accepted, as these are a normal part of the production process for handmade and artisanal products. Please also note that shipping charges are not refundable.
  • What is your policy for returns and cancellations?
    Our policy for returns and cancellations will be outlined in the sales agreement. We generally do not accept returns or cancellations for custom-made products.
  • How do I place an order?
    Wholesale: You can place an order on our website, and we will receive it. We will be in touch soon to arrange the details, payment, and delivery. Custom design: Prepare a design draft. Consult with us about the desired material and design. We will make patterns and samples for you to check. Once you are satisfied with the sample results, you can place your order with us. Noted: Purchase Order is mandatory to be sent by email. We require a 70% advance payment before we start production. Please contact us if you do not receive any order confirmation within 5 business days from the date of placing your order. Any order modifications must be notified, in writing, within 5 business days of the receipt of order confirmation. If no communication is received past this period of time, we will assume that the order has accepted the Permits Import (PI) with no revision needed.
  • What information do I need to provide when placing an order?
