ORDENAR

  • Es obligatorio enviar la Orden de Compra por correo electrónico.

  • Póngase en contacto con nosotros si no recibe ninguna confirmación de pedido dentro de los 5 días hábiles a partir de la fecha de realización de su pedido.

  • Cualquier modificación del pedido deberá ser notificada, por escrito, dentro de los 5 días hábiles siguientes a la recepción de la confirmación del pedido.

  • Si pasado este plazo no se recibe ninguna comunicación, asumiremos que el pedido ha aceptado los Permisos de Importación (PI) sin necesidad de revisión.

  • Para Express Courier: solo pago en efectivo.

  • Para contenedores: por transferencia telegráfica (T/T) del 50 % de anticipo antes del inicio de la producción y el pago del saldo se realizará después de enviar por correo electrónico y enviar una copia impresa del conocimiento de embarque (BL). DISEÑO PERSONALIZADO

Aquí se puede hacer todo tipo de ropa, desde uniformes, ropa de diario, hiyab, ropa musulmana, formal o informal y muchos otros.

  • Los servicios incluyen:
    CMT (Corte Hacer Recorte)
    Servicio de costura/sastrería con diseños y materiales proporcionados por el cliente.
    Solo realizamos tres procesos principales como son:
    . El proceso de cortar el material (cortar) hasta que esté listo para coser, lo que incluye medir la tela y agregar el número de talla.
    . Luego, el proceso de adaptar el material (hacer) se lleva a cabo minuciosamente para crear el producto final.
    . El proceso de recorte (trim) así como la verificación (QC) para garantizar que no queden hilos adjuntos. En este proceso final también se realiza la coloración, planchado, etiquetado y envasado.
    ODM (fabricante de diseño original)
    Servicio de costura/sastrería con patrones y materiales elaborados de acuerdo a las especificaciones especificadas por nosotros.

  • Términos y condiciones

    1. Patrón: El cliente necesita preparar un diseño de imagen/diseño que desee. Puede ser una muestra física o una foto. Después de eso, lo procesaremos para hacer un patrón.
    2. Muestreo
    . Proporcionamos requisitos de material para las muestras, pero podemos utilizar materiales proporcionados/preparados por el cliente.
    . Los precios de muestra comienzan en $32 dependiendo del tipo de producto (incluye envío).
    . Se incluye un máximo de 1 revisión en la tarifa. Para revisiones adicionales, se cobrará una tarifa adicional.
    3. Materiales
    . Proporcionamos y aceptamos solicitudes de materiales deseados por los clientes.
    . Podemos utilizar materiales que hayan sido proporcionados/preparados por el cliente.
    4. Tamaño : Las disposiciones para el número de tamaños que se pueden pedir por diseño son 2/3 tamaños para 10 docenas (según el diseño).
    5. Color: La cantidad de colores que se pueden pedir por diseño = 1 color = 10 docenas.
    6. Producción
    . La producción comienza después de que el cliente acepta las muestras del producto y los materiales necesarios están disponibles.
    . El tiempo de producción tarda entre 10 y 14 días hábiles después del acuerdo de pedido.
    . Los clientes pueden pedir etiquetas/etiquetas que hayan sido preparadas.
    7. Pago
    . Los clientes deben pagar el pago por adelantado del 50% antes del inicio de la producción.
    . El cliente está obligado a pagar en su totalidad cuando se entrega el producto.
    . El conocimiento de embarque se enviará después de que el cliente liquide el pago.

  • Can I request for a sample before placing an order?
    Yes, you can request a sample from us. We offer samples for a nominal fee, which will be credited towards your final order amount. To request a sample, please provide us with the product details including the design, color, size, logo design, etc., as well as the order quantity, shipping destination, and payment information. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with your sample request.
  • How many days for sample processing?
    The processing time for samples is typically 7 working days.
  • What is the average turnaround time for an order?
    The turnaround time for an order varies depending on the quantity and complexity of the order. However, we strive to deliver orders within 4-6 weeks from the time of order confirmation.
  • Can you provide custom packaging?
    Yes, Kahayan Emerald can provide all of customers' standard labelling and packaging requirements. Any special request should be discussed further.
  • How long does it take to produce and deliver?
    The production time for orders varies depending on the quantity and complexity of the order. However, we typically provide a delivery time of 60-90 days from the time of order confirmation.
  • What is your policy for defective or damaged items?
    At Kahayan Emerald, we strive to ensure that all of our products meet our high standards of quality and are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Additionally, complaints concerning the natural character of the products (e.g. variations in color, texture, or pattern) are not accepted, as these are a normal part of the production process for handmade and artisanal products. Please also note that shipping charges are not refundable.
  • What is your policy for returns and cancellations?
    Our policy for returns and cancellations will be outlined in the sales agreement. We generally do not accept returns or cancellations for custom-made products.
  • How do I place an order?
    Wholesale: You can place an order on our website, and we will receive it. We will be in touch soon to arrange the details, payment, and delivery. Custom design: Prepare a design draft. Consult with us about the desired material and design. We will make patterns and samples for you to check. Once you are satisfied with the sample results, you can place your order with us. Noted: Purchase Order is mandatory to be sent by email. We require a 70% advance payment before we start production. Please contact us if you do not receive any order confirmation within 5 business days from the date of placing your order. Any order modifications must be notified, in writing, within 5 business days of the receipt of order confirmation. If no communication is received past this period of time, we will assume that the order has accepted the Permits Import (PI) with no revision needed.
  • What information do I need to provide when placing an order?
    When placing an order, you will need to provide the following information before check out in our website: product details (design, color, size, etc.), order quantity, shipping destination, and payment information.
  • How can I make payment?

  • What are Kahayan Emerald payment terms?
    We refer to payment through FOB (Free on Board) payment terms, which means that the buyer is responsible for paying for shipping and any related costs once the goods have been loaded onto the shipping vessel. Our standard payment terms are Net 30, which means that payment is due 30 days after the invoice date.

    We offer a discount for larger orders, and we will provide you with the details before or after you place your order.
  • Who pays for shipping?
    In FOB (Free on Board) terms, the buyer is responsible for paying for the cost of shipping the goods from the port of origin to the destination port.
