3. Materjal

Additionally, complaints concerning the natural character of the products (e.g. variations in color, texture, or pattern) are not accepted, as these are a normal part of the production process for handmade and artisanal products. If no communication is received past this period of time, we will assume that the order has accepted the Permits Import (PI) with no revision needed.
