  • Le bon de commande doit obligatoirement être envoyé par e-mail.

  • Veuillez nous contacter si vous ne recevez aucune confirmation de commande dans les 5 jours ouvrables à compter de la date de passation de votre commande.

  • Toute modification de commande doit être notifiée, par écrit, dans les 5 jours ouvrables suivant la réception de la confirmation de commande.

EXPÉDITIONS

  • Full Container Loads (FCL): Les prix sont FOB, les frais de manutention et de logistique locale seront à la charge de l'acheteur.

  • Moins de chargements de conteneurs (LCL) : si le client demande une expédition combinée avec d'autres fournisseurs, nous pouvons aider à amener les marchandises à l'emplacement demandé. Pour cela, les frais de manutention et de camionnage local seront à la charge de l'acheteur.

DESIGN PERSONALISÉ

Tous les types de vêtements peuvent être fabriqués ici, allant des uniformes, des vêtements de tous les jours, du hijab, des vêtements musulmans, formels ou informels et bien d'autres.

    CMT (Coupe Faire Garniture)
    Service de couture/sur mesure avec des dessins et des matériaux fournis par le client.
    Nous n'effectuons que trois processus principaux tels que:
    . Le processus de découpe du matériau (coupe) jusqu'à ce qu'il soit prêt à être cousu, y compris la mesure du tissu et l'ajout du numéro de taille.
    . Le processus d'adaptation du matériau (fabrication) est ensuite effectué minutieusement pour créer le produit final.
    . Le processus de coupe (trim) ainsi que de vérification (QC) pour s'assurer qu'il n'y a pas de fils restants attachés. Dans ce processus final, la coloration, le repassage, l'étiquetage et l'emballage sont également effectués.
    ODM (fabricant de conception originale)
    Service de couture/couture avec des patrons et des matériaux préparés selon les spécifications que nous avons spécifiées.

  • termes et conditions

    1. Motif : Le client doit préparer une image/un design qu'il souhaite. Il peut s'agir d'un échantillon physique ou d'une photo. Après cela, nous le traiterons pour créer un motif.
    2. Échantillonnage
    . Nous fournissons les exigences matérielles pour les échantillons, mais nous pouvons utiliser des matériaux fournis/préparés par le client.
    . Les prix des échantillons commencent à 32 $ selon le type de produit (frais d'expédition inclus).
    . Un maximum de 1 révision est inclus dans les frais. Pour d'autres révisions, des frais supplémentaires seront facturés.
    3. Matériel
    . Nous fournissons et acceptons les demandes de matériaux souhaités par les clients.
    . Nous pouvons utiliser des matériaux qui ont été fournis/préparés par le client.
    4. Taille : Les provisions pour le nombre de tailles pouvant être commandées par design sont de 2/3 tailles pour 10 douzaines (selon le design).
    5. Couleur : Le nombre de couleurs pouvant être commandées par motif = 1 couleur = 10 douzaines.
    6. Fabrication
    . La production commence après que les échantillons de produits ont été acceptés par le client et que les matériaux nécessaires sont disponibles.
    . Le temps de production prend environ 10-14 jours ouvrables après l'accord de commande.
    . Les clients peuvent commander des étiquettes/étiquettes qui ont été préparées.
    7. Paiement
    . Les clients doivent payer 50% d'acompte avant le début de la production.
    . Le client est tenu de régler la totalité du prix lors de la livraison du produit.
    . Le connaissement sera envoyé une fois que le client aura validé le paiement.

  • Can I request for a sample before placing an order?
    Yes, you can request a sample from us. We offer samples for a nominal fee, which will be credited towards your final order amount. To request a sample, please provide us with the product details including the design, color, size, logo design, etc., as well as the order quantity, shipping destination, and payment information. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with your sample request.
  • How many days for sample processing?
    The processing time for samples is typically 7 working days.
  • What is the average turnaround time for an order?
    The turnaround time for an order varies depending on the quantity and complexity of the order. However, we strive to deliver orders within 4-6 weeks from the time of order confirmation.

    Yes, Kahayan Emerald can provide all of customers' standard labelling and packaging requirements. Any special request should be discussed further.

    The production time for orders varies depending on the quantity and complexity of the order. However, we typically provide a delivery time of 60-90 days from the time of order confirmation.
  • What is your policy for defective or damaged items?
    At Kahayan Emerald, we strive to ensure that all of our products meet our high standards of quality and are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Additionally, complaints concerning the natural character of the products (e.g. variations in color, texture, or pattern) are not accepted, as these are a normal part of the production process for handmade and artisanal products. Please also note that shipping charges are not refundable.
  • What is your policy for returns and cancellations?
    Our policy for returns and cancellations will be outlined in the sales agreement. We generally do not accept returns or cancellations for custom-made products.
  • How do I place an order?
    Wholesale: You can place an order on our website, and we will receive it. We will be in touch soon to arrange the details, payment, and delivery. Custom design: Prepare a design draft. Consult with us about the desired material and design. We will make patterns and samples for you to check. Once you are satisfied with the sample results, you can place your order with us. Noted: Purchase Order is mandatory to be sent by email. We require a 70% advance payment before we start production. Please contact us if you do not receive any order confirmation within 5 business days from the date of placing your order. Any order modifications must be notified, in writing, within 5 business days of the receipt of order confirmation. If no communication is received past this period of time, we will assume that the order has accepted the Permits Import (PI) with no revision needed.
  • What information do I need to provide when placing an order?

  • Who pays for shipping?
