SPEDIZIONI

Carichi completi di container (FCL): i prezzi sono FOB, i costi di gestione e logistica locale saranno a carico dell'acquirente.
Meno carichi di container (LCL): se il cliente richiede una spedizione combinata con altri fornitori, possiamo aiutare a portare la merce nel luogo richiesto. Per questo, il costo di movimentazione e il costo di autotrasporto locale saranno a carico dell'acquirente.

Servizio di cucito/sartoria con disegni e materiali forniti dal cliente.
Eseguiamo solo tre processi principali come:
. Il processo di taglio del materiale (taglio) fino a quando non è pronto per essere cucito, inclusa la misurazione del tessuto e l'aggiunta del numero della taglia.
. Il processo di personalizzazione del materiale (make) viene quindi eseguito a fondo per creare il prodotto finale.
. Il processo di taglio (trim) e controllo (QC) per garantire che non vi siano fili rimanenti attaccati. In questo processo finale vengono eseguite anche la colorazione, la stiratura, l'etichettatura e l'imballaggio.

Termini & Condizioni

1. Motivo: il cliente deve preparare un disegno di immagine/disegno che desidera. Può essere un campione fisico o una foto. Successivamente lo elaboreremo per creare uno schema.
2. Campionamento
. Forniamo i requisiti di materiale per i campioni, ma possiamo utilizzare materiali forniti/preparati dal cliente.
. I prezzi dei campioni partono da $ 32 a seconda del tipo di prodotto (include la spedizione).
. Nella tariffa è inclusa al massimo 1 revisione. Per ulteriori revisioni, verrà addebitato un costo aggiuntivo.
3. Materiale
. Forniamo e accettiamo richieste di materiali desiderati dai clienti.
. Possiamo utilizzare materiali forniti/preparati dal cliente.
4. Dimensione: le disposizioni per il numero di dimensioni che possono essere ordinate per disegno sono 2/3 dimensioni per 10 dozzine (a seconda del disegno).
5. Colore: il numero di colori che possono essere ordinati per disegno = 1 colore = 10 dozzine.
6. Produzione
. La produzione inizia dopo che i campioni di prodotto sono stati concordati dal cliente e i materiali necessari sono disponibili.
. Il tempo di produzione richiede circa 10-14 giorni lavorativi dopo l'accordo dell'ordine.
. I clienti possono ordinare cartellini/etichette che sono stati preparati.
7. Pagamento
. I clienti devono pagare un anticipo del 50% prima dell'inizio della produzione.
. Il cliente è tenuto a pagare per intero al momento della consegna del prodotto.
. La polizza di carico verrà inviata dopo che il cliente ha cancellato il pagamento.

Yes, you can request a sample from us. We offer samples for a nominal fee, which will be credited towards your final order amount. Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Additionally, complaints concerning the natural character of the products (e.g. variations in color, texture, or pattern) are not accepted, as these are a normal part of the production process for handmade and artisanal products. Please also note that shipping charges are not refundable.

How do I place an order?

Wholesale: You can place an order on our website, and we will receive it. We will be in touch soon to arrange the details, payment, and delivery. Custom design: Prepare a design draft. Consult with us about the desired material and design. We will make patterns and samples for you to check. Once you are satisfied with the sample results, you can place your order with us. Noted: Purchase Order is mandatory to be sent by email. We require a 70% advance payment before we start production. Please contact us if you do not receive any order confirmation within 5 business days from the date of placing your order. Any order modifications must be notified, in writing, within 5 business days of the receipt of order confirmation. If no communication is received past this period of time, we will assume that the order has accepted the Permits Import (PI) with no revision needed.
