PESANAN

  • Pesanan Belian adalah wajib dihantar melalui e-mel.

  • Sila hubungi kami jika anda tidak menerima sebarang pengesahan pesanan dalam tempoh 5 hari bekerja dari tarikh membuat pesanan anda.

  • Sebarang pengubahsuaian pesanan mesti dimaklumkan, secara bertulis, dalam tempoh 5 hari perniagaan dari tarikh pengesahan pesanan diterima.

  • Jika tiada komunikasi diterima melepasi tempoh masa ini, kami akan menganggap bahawa pesanan telah menerima Permit Import (PI) tanpa semakan diperlukan.

  • Untuk Kurier Ekspres : Bayaran Tunai Sahaja.

  • Untuk Kontena : Melalui Pemindahan Telegraf (T/T) sebanyak 50% bayaran pendahuluan sebelum pengeluaran bermula dan bayaran baki perlu dibuat selepas e-mel & kurier salinan cetak Bil Muatan (BL). Sebarang syarat pembayaran khas akan dibincangkan dengan lebih lanjut.​​

  • Kami juga akan menyediakan foto & video beresolusi tinggi produk mereka kepada pelanggan kami untuk semua keperluan promosi. T&C dikenakan.

PENGHANTARAN

  • Muatan Kontena Penuh (FCL): Harga adalah FOB, kos pengendalian dan kos logistik tempatan akan dibayar oleh pembeli.

  • Kurang Muatan Kontena (LCL): Jika pelanggan meminta penghantaran gabungan dengan vendor lain, kami boleh membantu membawa barang ke lokasi yang diminta. Untuk ini, kos pengendalian dan kos trak tempatan akan dibayar oleh pembeli.

  • Setelah jualan muktamad, pesanan anda akan diproses dan dibungkus dengan teliti.

REKA BENTUK TERSUAI

Semua jenis pakaian boleh dibuat di sini, bermula dari pakaian seragam, pakaian harian, tudung, pakaian muslim, dari formal atau tidak formal dan lain-lain lagi.

  • Perkhidmatan termasuk:
    CMT (Cut Make Trim)
    Perkhidmatan jahitan/jahit dengan reka bentuk dan bahan yang disediakan oleh pelanggan.
    Kami hanya melakukan tiga proses utama seperti:
    . Proses memotong bahan (potong) sehingga siap dijahit termasuk mengukur kain dan menambah nombor saiz.
    . Proses menjahit bahan (membuat) kemudiannya dijalankan secara menyeluruh untuk menghasilkan produk akhir.
    . Proses pemangkasan (trim) dan juga semakan (QC) untuk memastikan tiada baki benang yang terpasang. Dalam proses akhir ini, mewarna, menyeterika, pelabelan, dan pembungkusan juga dijalankan.
    ODM (Pengilang Reka Bentuk Asal)
    Perkhidmatan jahitan/jahit dengan corak dan bahan disediakan mengikut spesifikasi yang kami tetapkan.

  • Terma & Syarat

    1. Corak : Pelanggan perlu menyediakan reka bentuk imej/reka bentuk yang mereka inginkan. Ia boleh menjadi sampel fizikal atau foto. Selepas itu kami akan memprosesnya untuk dijadikan corak.
    2. Persampelan
    . Kami menyediakan keperluan bahan untuk sampel tetapi boleh menggunakan bahan yang disediakan/disediakan oleh pelanggan.
    . Harga sampel bermula pada $32 bergantung pada jenis produk (termasuk penghantaran).
    . Maksimum 1 semakan termasuk dalam yuran. Untuk semakan lanjut, bayaran tambahan akan dikenakan.
    3. Bahan
    . Kami menyediakan dan menerima permintaan untuk bahan yang dikehendaki oleh pelanggan.
    . Kita boleh menggunakan bahan yang telah disediakan/disediakan oleh pelanggan.

    7. Pembayaran

    3. Nota Pesanan / Katalog Tempahan : Selepas itu, apabila keperluan fabrik anda lengkap, kami akan mengeluarkan nota tempahan untuk menerangkan harga dan kuantiti tempahan anda, atau anda juga boleh menempah katalog daripada kami terlebih dahulu untuk rasa hands-on .
    4. Pembayaran & Penghantaran
    . Selepas pesanan betul, proses pembayaran akan diteruskan ke akaun.
    . Selepas pembayaran disahkan oleh kami, pesanan dihantar ke destinasi pilihan anda.

  • Can I request for a sample before placing an order?
    Yes, you can request a sample from us. We offer samples for a nominal fee, which will be credited towards your final order amount. To request a sample, please provide us with the product details including the design, color, size, logo design, etc., as well as the order quantity, shipping destination, and payment information. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with your sample request.
  • How many days for sample processing?
    The processing time for samples is typically 7 working days.
  • What is the average turnaround time for an order?
    The turnaround time for an order varies depending on the quantity and complexity of the order. However, we strive to deliver orders within 4-6 weeks from the time of order confirmation.
  • Can you provide custom packaging?
    Yes, Kahayan Emerald can provide all of customers' standard labelling and packaging requirements. Any special request should be discussed further.

  • What is your policy for defective or damaged items?
    At Kahayan Emerald, we strive to ensure that all of our products meet our high standards of quality and are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Additionally, complaints concerning the natural character of the products (e.g. variations in color, texture, or pattern) are not accepted, as these are a normal part of the production process for handmade and artisanal products. Please also note that shipping charges are not refundable.
  • What is your policy for returns and cancellations?
    Our policy for returns and cancellations will be outlined in the sales agreement. We generally do not accept returns or cancellations for custom-made products.
  • How do I place an order?
    Wholesale: You can place an order on our website, and we will receive it. We will be in touch soon to arrange the details, payment, and delivery. Custom design: Prepare a design draft. Consult with us about the desired material and design. We will make patterns and samples for you to check. Once you are satisfied with the sample results, you can place your order with us. Noted: Purchase Order is mandatory to be sent by email. We require a 70% advance payment before we start production. Please contact us if you do not receive any order confirmation within 5 business days from the date of placing your order. Any order modifications must be notified, in writing, within 5 business days of the receipt of order confirmation. If no communication is received past this period of time, we will assume that the order has accepted the Permits Import (PI) with no revision needed.
  • What information do I need to provide when placing an order?
    When placing an order, you will need to provide the following information before check out in our website: product details (design, color, size, etc.), order quantity, shipping destination, and payment information.

    We accept payment through By Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) and major credit cards. We will provide you with payment instructions when you place your order.

  • What are Kahayan Emerald payment terms?

Our standard payment terms are Net 30, which means that payment is due 30 days after the invoice date.

  • How much of the payment is required upfront?
    The amount of payment required upfront will depend on the type of shipment and the payment terms agreed upon. For Express Courier shipments, we require cash payment only. For container shipments, we require a telegraphic transfer (T/T) of 50% advance down payment before the start of production, with the balance due before shipment. After we email and courier a hard copy of the Bill of Lading (BL), the remaining balance payment is due.     We offer a discount for larger orders, and we will provide you with the details before or after you place your order.
  • Who pays for shipping?
    In FOB (Free on Board) terms, the buyer is responsible for paying for the cost of shipping the goods from the port of origin to the destination port.   • What is the packaging method?
    Usually, a transparent plastic packaging is used for individual items with dimensions of 23cm x 35cm, 25cm x 35cm, and 30cm x 37cm, which are then packed in sacks. The estimated normal content for each sack is 100-130 pieces with an average weight of 58-60kg. The sack dimensions are approximately 25cm in length, 70cm in width, and 102cm in height.
