BESTELLEN

  • Inkooporder is verplicht om per e-mail te worden verzonden.

  • Neem contact met ons op als u binnen 5 werkdagen na het plaatsen van uw bestelling geen orderbevestiging heeft ontvangen.

  • Wijzigingen in de bestelling moeten binnen 5 werkdagen na ontvangst van de orderbevestiging schriftelijk worden meegedeeld.

  • Als er na deze periode geen communicatie is ontvangen, gaan we ervan uit dat de bestelling de Permits Import (PI) heeft geaccepteerd zonder dat er herziening nodig is.

BETALINGSVOORWAARDEN

  • Voor koeriersdiensten: alleen contante betaling.

  • Voor container: door telegrafische overboeking (T/T) van 50% aanbetaling vóór aanvang van de productie en saldobetaling na e-mail en koerier een papieren exemplaar van de vrachtbrief (BL). Eventuele bijzondere betalingsvoorwaarden worden verder besproken.

VERPAKKING & ETIKETTERING

  • Kahayan Emerald kan alle standaard etiketterings- en verpakkingsvereisten van klanten bieden. Elk speciaal verzoek moet verder worden besproken.

  • We zullen onze klanten ook voorzien van foto's en video's met een hoge resolutie van hun producten voor alle promotionele behoeften. AV zijn van toepassing.

ZENDINGEN

  • Full Container Loads (FCL): De prijzen zijn FOB, behandelingskosten en lokale logistieke kosten zijn voor rekening van de koper.

  • Less Container Loads (LCL): Als de klant een gecombineerde verzending met andere leveranciers aanvraagt, kunnen we helpen de goederen naar de gevraagde locatie te brengen. Hiervoor worden de afhandelingskosten en de kosten voor lokaal transport betaald door de koper.

GARANTIE & CLAIMS

  • Zodra de verkoop definitief is, wordt uw bestelling zorgvuldig verwerkt en verpakt.

  • ​Verzendkosten worden niet terugbetaald. Retourzendingen worden niet geaccepteerd zonder voorafgaande goedkeuring.​

  • Klachten betreffende het natuurlijke karakter van de producten worden niet aanvaard.

AANGEPAST ONTWERP

Alle soorten kleding kunnen hier worden gemaakt, variërend van uniformen, alledaagse kleding, hijab, moslimkleding, van formeel of informeel en vele anderen.

  • Diensten omvatten:
    CMT (Cut Make Trim)
    Naai-/kleermakersservice met ontwerpen en materialen aangeleverd door de klant.
    We voeren slechts drie hoofdprocessen uit, zoals:
    . Het proces van het knippen van het materiaal (knippen) totdat het klaar is om te worden genaaid, inclusief het meten van de stof en het toevoegen van het maatnummer.
    . Het proces van het op maat maken van het materiaal (maken) wordt vervolgens grondig uitgevoerd om het eindproduct te creëren.
    . Het proces van trimmen (trimmen) en controleren (QC) om er zeker van te zijn dat er geen resterende draden zijn bevestigd. In dit laatste proces worden ook het kleuren, strijken, labelen en verpakken uitgevoerd.
    ODM (originele ontwerpfabrikant)
    Naai-/kleermakersservice met patronen en materialen vervaardigd volgens de door ons opgegeven specificaties.

  • algemene voorwaarden

    1. Patroon: de klant moet een afbeelding/ontwerpontwerp voorbereiden dat hij wil. Het kan een fysiek monster of een foto zijn. Daarna gaan we het verwerken tot een patroon.
    2. Bemonstering
    . We bieden wel materiaalvereisten voor monsters, maar kunnen materialen gebruiken die door de klant zijn verstrekt / voorbereid.
    . Voorbeeldprijzen beginnen bij $ 32, afhankelijk van het type product (inclusief verzendkosten).
    . In het honorarium is maximaal 1 revisie inbegrepen. Voor verdere herzieningen worden extra kosten in rekening gebracht.
    3. Materiaal
    . Wij bieden en accepteren aanvragen voor door klanten gewenste materialen.
    . Wij kunnen materialen gebruiken die door de opdrachtgever zijn aangeleverd/bereid.
    4. Maat : Bepalingen voor het aantal maten dat besteld kan worden per ontwerp zijn 2/3 maten voor 10 tientallen (afhankelijk van het ontwerp).
    5. Kleur : Het aantal kleuren dat per ontwerp besteld kan worden = 1 kleur = 10 dozijn.
    6. Productie
    . De productie begint nadat de klant akkoord is gegaan met productmonsters en de benodigde materialen beschikbaar zijn.
    . Productietijd duurt ongeveer 10-14 werkdagen na orderovereenkomst.
    . Klanten kunnen reeds voorbereide tags/labels bestellen.
    7. Betaling
    . De klanten zouden 50%-voorschot moeten betalen vóór de start van de productie.
    . De klant is verplicht het volledige bedrag te betalen bij levering van het product.
    . De Bill of Lading wordt verzonden nadat de klant de betaling heeft goedgekeurd.

    2. Neem contact met ons op: neem na het bepalen van het type stof dat u nodig heeft contact met ons op voor meer volledige productinformatie en informatie over hoe u kunt bestellen.
    3. Bestelnotitie / Bestelcatalogus: daarna, wanneer uw stofbehoeften compleet zijn, zullen we een bestelnota uitgeven om de prijs en hoeveelheid van uw bestelling uit te leggen, of u kunt ook vooraf een catalogus bij ons bestellen voor een praktisch gevoel .
    4. Betaling & Levering
    . Nadat de bestelling correct is, gaat het betalingsproces naar de rekening.
    . Nadat de betaling door ons is bevestigd, wordt de bestelling verzonden naar de bestemming van uw keuze.

  • Can I request for a sample before placing an order?
    Yes, you can request a sample from us. We offer samples for a nominal fee, which will be credited towards your final order amount. To request a sample, please provide us with the product details including the design, color, size, logo design, etc., as well as the order quantity, shipping destination, and payment information. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with your sample request.
  • How many days for sample processing?
    The processing time for samples is typically 7 working days.

    At Kahayan Emerald, we strive to ensure that all of our products meet our high standards of quality and are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Additionally, complaints concerning the natural character of the products (e.g. variations in color, texture, or pattern) are not accepted, as these are a normal part of the production process for handmade and artisanal products. Please also note that shipping charges are not refundable.
  • What is your policy for returns and cancellations?
    Our policy for returns and cancellations will be outlined in the sales agreement. We generally do not accept returns or cancellations for custom-made products.

    Wholesale: You can place an order on our website, and we will receive it. We will be in touch soon to arrange the details, payment, and delivery. Custom design: Prepare a design draft. Consult with us about the desired material and design. We will make patterns and samples for you to check. Once you are satisfied with the sample results, you can place your order with us. Noted: Purchase Order is mandatory to be sent by email. We require a 70% advance payment before we start production. Please contact us if you do not receive any order confirmation within 5 business days from the date of placing your order. Any order modifications must be notified, in writing, within 5 business days of the receipt of order confirmation. If no communication is received past this period of time, we will assume that the order has accepted the Permits Import (PI) with no revision needed.
