TRANSPORTURI

CMT (Cut Make Trim)
Serviciu de cusut/croitorie cu modele si materiale furnizate de client.
Efectuăm doar trei procese principale, cum ar fi:
. Procesul de tăiere a materialului (tăiat) până când este gata de cusut, inclusiv măsurarea țesăturii și adăugarea numărului de mărime.
. Procesul de croială a materialului (fabricarea) este apoi efectuat cu atenție pentru a crea produsul final.
. Procesul de tăiere (tuns), precum și de verificare (QC) pentru a se asigura că nu există fire rămase atașate. În acest proces final, se realizează și colorarea, călcarea, etichetarea și ambalarea.

1. Model : clientul trebuie să pregătească un design de imagine/design pe care îl dorește. Poate fi o mostră fizică sau o fotografie. După aceea, o vom procesa pentru a face un model.
2. Prelevarea de probe
. Oferim cerințe de material pentru mostre, dar putem folosi materiale furnizate/pregătite de client.

3. Material

6. Productie
