  • Objednávku je potrebné odoslať e-mailom.

  • Ak do 5 pracovných dní od dátumu zadania objednávky nedostanete potvrdenie objednávky, kontaktujte nás.

  • Akékoľvek zmeny objednávky musia byť oznámené písomne do 5 pracovných dní od prijatia potvrdenia objednávky.

  • Ak po tomto časovom období nepríde žiadna komunikácia, budeme predpokladať, že objednávka prijala povolenie na dovoz (PI) bez potreby revízie.

  • Kahayan Emerald môže poskytnúť všetky štandardné požiadavky zákazníkov na označovanie a balenie. Akékoľvek špeciálne požiadavky by sa mali ďalej prediskutovať.

  • Našim zákazníkom tiež poskytneme fotografie a videá ich produktov vo vysokom rozlíšení pre všetky propagačné potreby. Platia T&C.

ZÁSIELKY

  • Full Container Loads (FCL): Ceny sú FOB, manipulačné náklady a náklady na miestnu logistiku budú hradené kupujúcim.

  • Less Container Loads (LCL): Ak zákazník požaduje kombinovanú zásielku s inými predajcami, môžeme mu pomôcť s prepravou tovaru na požadované miesto. Z tohto dôvodu budú manipulačné náklady a náklady na miestnu dopravu hradené kupujúcim.

    CMT (Cut Make Trim)
    Šitie/šitie na mieru s návrhmi a materiálmi dodanými klientom.
    Vykonávame iba tri hlavné procesy, ako napríklad:
    . Proces strihania materiálu (strihu), kým nie je pripravený na šitie, vrátane merania látky a pridania čísla veľkosti.
    . Proces prispôsobenia materiálu (make) sa potom vykonáva dôkladne, aby sa vytvoril konečný produkt.

    1. Vzor: Klient si musí pripraviť obrázok/dizajn, ktorý chce. Môže to byť fyzická vzorka alebo fotografia. Potom to spracujeme, aby sme vytvorili vzor.
    2. Odber vzoriek
    . Poskytujeme materiálové požiadavky na vzorky, ale môžeme použiť materiály poskytnuté/pripravené klientom.
    . Vzorové ceny začínajú na 32 USD v závislosti od typu produktu (vrátane dopravy).
    . V poplatku je zahrnutá maximálne 1 revízia. Za ďalšie revízie bude účtovaný dodatočný poplatok.
    3. Materiál
    . Zabezpečujeme a prijímame požiadavky na materiály podľa želania klientov.
    . Môžeme použiť materiály, ktoré nám poskytol/pripravil klient.
    4. Veľkosť : Ustanovenia o počte veľkostí, ktoré je možné objednať na dizajn, sú 2/3 veľkosti na 10 desiatok (v závislosti od prevedenia).
    5. Farba : Počet farieb, ktoré je možné objednať na dizajn = 1 farba = 10 tuctov.
    6. Výroba
    . Výroba sa začína po odsúhlasení vzoriek produktov klientom a dostupnosti potrebných materiálov.
    . Doba výroby trvá cca 10-14 pracovných dní po dohode objednávky.
    . Klienti si môžu objednať značky/štítky, ktoré boli pripravené.
    7. Platba
    . Klienti by mali zaplatiť 50% zálohovú platbu pred začatím výroby.
    . Zákazník je povinný zaplatiť v plnej výške pri dodaní produktu.
    . Nákladný list bude odoslaný po zúčtovaní platby klientom.

    Yes, you can request a sample from us. We offer samples for a nominal fee, which will be credited towards your final order amount. To request a sample, please provide us with the product details including the design, color, size, logo design, etc., as well as the order quantity, shipping destination, and payment information. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with your sample request.

    The processing time for samples is typically 7 working days.

  • What is your policy for defective or damaged items?
    At Kahayan Emerald, we strive to ensure that all of our products meet our high standards of quality and are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Additionally, complaints concerning the natural character of the products (e.g. variations in color, texture, or pattern) are not accepted, as these are a normal part of the production process for handmade and artisanal products. Please also note that shipping charges are not refundable.

    Our policy for returns and cancellations will be outlined in the sales agreement. We generally do not accept returns or cancellations for custom-made products.
  • How do I place an order?
    Wholesale: You can place an order on our website, and we will receive it. We will be in touch soon to arrange the details, payment, and delivery. Custom design: Prepare a design draft. Consult with us about the desired material and design. We will make patterns and samples for you to check. Once you are satisfied with the sample results, you can place your order with us. Noted: Purchase Order is mandatory to be sent by email. We require a 70% advance payment before we start production. Please contact us if you do not receive any order confirmation within 5 business days from the date of placing your order. Any order modifications must be notified, in writing, within 5 business days of the receipt of order confirmation. If no communication is received past this period of time, we will assume that the order has accepted the Permits Import (PI) with no revision needed.
