FÖRSÄNDNINGAR

  • Full Container Loads (FCL): Priserna är FOB, hanteringskostnad och lokal logistikkostnad betalas av köparen.

  • Mindre containerlaster (LCL): Om kunden begär en kombinerad leverans med andra leverantörer kan vi hjälpa till att ta varorna till den begärda platsen. För detta kommer hanteringskostnad och lokal lastbilskostnad att betalas av köparen.

  • När försäljningen är slutgiltig kommer din beställning att behandlas och packas noggrant.

Alla typer av kläder kan tillverkas här, allt från uniformer, vardagskläder, hijab, muslimska kläder, från formella eller informella och många andra.

  • Tjänsterna inkluderar:
    CMT (Cut Make Trim)
    Sömnad/skräddarservice med mönster och material tillhandahållna av beställaren.
    Vi utför endast tre huvudprocesser såsom:
    . Processen att klippa materialet (klippa) tills det är klart att sys, inklusive att mäta tyget och lägga till storleksnumret.
    . Processen att skräddarsy materialet (fabrikatet) utförs sedan noggrant för att skapa den slutliga produkten.
    . Processen med trimning (trim) samt kontroll (QC) för att säkerställa att det inte finns några kvarvarande trådar fästa. I denna slutprocess utförs även färgning, strykning, märkning och förpackning.
    ODM (Original Design Manufacturer)
    Sömnad/skräddarservice med mönster och material förberedda enligt de specifikationer som anges av oss.

  • Allmänna Villkor

    1. Mönster : Kunden behöver förbereda en bild/designdesign som de vill ha. Det kan vara ett fysiskt prov eller ett foto. Efter det kommer vi att bearbeta det för att göra ett mönster.
    2. Provtagning
    . Vi tillhandahåller materialkrav för prover men kan använda material som tillhandahålls/bereds av kunden.
    . Provpriser börjar på $32 beroende på typ av produkt (inklusive frakt).
    . Högst 1 revision ingår i avgiften. För ytterligare ändringar kommer en extra avgift att debiteras.
    3. Material
    . Vi tillhandahåller och accepterar förfrågningar om material som kunderna önskar.
    . Vi kan använda material som har tillhandahållits/förberetts av kunden.
    4. Storlek : Avsättningar för antalet storlekar som kan beställas per design är 2/3 storlekar för 10 dussin (beroende på design).
    5. Färg : Antalet färger som kan beställas per design = 1 färg = 10 dussin.
    6. Produktion
    . Produktionen påbörjas efter att produktprover har kommit överens om av kunden och det nödvändiga materialet finns tillgängligt.
    . Produktionstiden tar ca 10-14 arbetsdagar efter beställningsavtal.
    . Kunder kan beställa taggar/etiketter som har förberetts.
    7. Betalning
    . Kunder ska betala 50 % förskottsbetalning innan produktionen börjar.
    . Kunden är skyldig att betala fullt ut när produkten levereras.
    . Fraktsedeln kommer att skickas efter att kunden godkänt betalningen.

  • Can I request for a sample before placing an order?
    Yes, you can request a sample from us. We offer samples for a nominal fee, which will be credited towards your final order amount. To request a sample, please provide us with the product details including the design, color, size, logo design, etc., as well as the order quantity, shipping destination, and payment information. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with your sample request.
  • How many days for sample processing?
    The processing time for samples is typically 7 working days.
  • What is the average turnaround time for an order?
    The turnaround time for an order varies depending on the quantity and complexity of the order. However, we strive to deliver orders within 4-6 weeks from the time of order confirmation.
  • Can you provide custom packaging?
    Yes, Kahayan Emerald can provide all of customers' standard labelling and packaging requirements. Any special request should be discussed further.

  • What is your policy for defective or damaged items?
    At Kahayan Emerald, we strive to ensure that all of our products meet our high standards of quality and are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Additionally, complaints concerning the natural character of the products (e.g. variations in color, texture, or pattern) are not accepted, as these are a normal part of the production process for handmade and artisanal products. Please also note that shipping charges are not refundable.
  • What is your policy for returns and cancellations?
    Our policy for returns and cancellations will be outlined in the sales agreement. We generally do not accept returns or cancellations for custom-made products.
  • How do I place an order?
    Wholesale: You can place an order on our website, and we will receive it. We will be in touch soon to arrange the details, payment, and delivery. Custom design: Prepare a design draft. Consult with us about the desired material and design. We will make patterns and samples for you to check. Once you are satisfied with the sample results, you can place your order with us. Noted: Purchase Order is mandatory to be sent by email. We require a 70% advance payment before we start production. Please contact us if you do not receive any order confirmation within 5 business days from the date of placing your order. Any order modifications must be notified, in writing, within 5 business days of the receipt of order confirmation. If no communication is received past this period of time, we will assume that the order has accepted the Permits Import (PI) with no revision needed.
  • What information do I need to provide when placing an order?
    When placing an order, you will need to provide the following information before check out in our website: product details (design, color, size, etc.), order quantity, shipping destination, and payment information.

Our standard payment terms are Net 30, which means that payment is due 30 days after the invoice date.
